  • SN159-XL12 Series 3D Product Render

    The XL Performance nozzles increase abrasive particle velocity, resulting in improved production rates and efficiencies. The XL Performance nozzles will utilize the same air (CFM) requirements as our standard long venturi products for the same given bore size, resulting in lower compressed air operating costs per square foot / meter. These products are produced in our popular lightweight BP200 SiAlON material, helping minimize nozzle weight and overall operator fatigue.

  • Square ShooterTM Series 3D Product Render

    The Square ShooterTM blast nozzle production rate is faster than the conventional long venturi high production nozzles. The Square ShooterTM nozzle requires only a 10% to 20% overlap as compared to a long venturi nozzle which requires a 50% overlap. This increase results in abrasive savings due to less abrasive consumption as well as productivity savings.

  • SN FAN-AP Series - BP200 SiAlON 3D Product Render

    Excellent for medium cleaning and stripping applications where an even dispersion of the abrasive throughout the wide uniform blast pattern is required. Acceptable for use with most types of abrasives. Designed to be used with 25mm (1") I.D. blast hose. Dimensions below are shown in millimeters and (inches).
